East Midlands Trains and CrossCountry services will run between Derby and Nottingham but there may be some reductions in service frequency. 

London services: East Midlands Trains services between Long Eaton and London St Pancras International are not affected.

Monday 30th July to Sunday 2nd September

No trains will run between Derby and Nottingham during this time. This includes East Midlands Trains and CrossCountry services. 

An enhanced bus and coach replacement service will be in operation between Derby and Nottingham, calling at all stations. 

CrossCountry services will continue to operate between Birmingham and Nottingham but will use an alternative route and not call at Derby, Spondon or Long Eaton. 

London services: With the exception of Monday 13th August to Sunday 19th August, East Midlands Trains services between Long Eaton and London St Pancras International are not affected. 

Between Monday 13th August and Sunday 19th August (inclusive) there will no direct train services between Long Eaton and London St Pancras International. Customers should instead travel to and from East Midlands Parkway or Nottingham for services to and from London.

Please note: During this time, 10 spaces in the car park will be cordoned off to allow a replacement bus service to operate

Monday 3rd September to Sunday 7th October

East Midlands Trains Services run as normal between Derby and Nottingham.

CrossCountry services will also run as normal between Derby and Nottingham.

However, there will be no East Midlands Trains services between Derby and Matlock.

A replacement bus service will be provided between Derby and Matlock. Further details on this will be provided as soon as possible.
